HOW IT WORKS
The most important Chaos Control feature is Projects - task lists which lead to clearly defined outcomes. A Project is a simple to do list, but it consists of actions related to a particular goal like “Prepare a keynote presentation”, “Get a new designer”, “Create new product catalog”. If you have many projects, you can group them in folders (“Business”, “Home”, “Hobbies”). Contexts let you review lists of tasks which should be done in specific locations, with specific tools and people around, or depending on other factors. Moreover, you can always review your tasks for today using Due Today, and save all the incoming tasks, ideas or thoughts in Chaos Box to process them later.
